51 Parking Spaces | | Adams Street Professional Offices is a three-building site that includes Southern Minnesota Endodontics, Oz Family Dentistry, and space for future development of one additional office building. Dr. Scott Peters and Dr. Dan Osdoba joined forces to purchase a lot that was too large for either single practice. Instead of combining offices in a single building, Jim Strapko designed smaller individual professional buildings that fit the scale and character of the adjacent residential neighborhood. The site itself is named for Adams Street, a well-traveled route along one boundary; however each building has a prominent sign that identifies the individual practice within.
Drs. Peters and Osdoba chose to coordinate appearance their buildings: both are a modern interpretation of craftsman cottage style. Both are clad in locally quarried Kasota limestone. Building plans vary responding to interior function. |
